Customer Responsibilities

Before pickup, you are responsible for preparing the vehicle as instructed, disclosing modifications or non-operating conditions, removing prohibited or unsecured items, and ensuring an authorized adult is available for inspection and handoff at pickup and delivery.
Pickup and Delivery Timing
Pickup and delivery dates or times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Traffic, weather, mechanical conditions, government restrictions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Vehicle Condition and Claims
The vehicle should be inspected at pickup and delivery, and its condition should be recorded on the applicable inspection report or bill of lading. Any concern about loss or damage should be documented promptly at delivery and reported according to the instructions in the applicable transport agreement.
